Ensuring all air conditioning, refrigeration, controls and allied mechanical services are monitored, maintained, tested and repaired including, chillers, pumps, air conditioning plant, fan coil units, environmental cabinets, cool rooms, freezer rooms and cooling towers.

Steam boilers and registered steam equipment are operated, maintained, repaired and tested to comply with Worksafe Nigerian Standards and Regulations.

All major plants on campus are tested, including boilers, bore pumps, fan coil units, air compressors, extraction systems and fume cupboards.

Mechanical staff regularly monitor building operations via computer systems.

All registered pressure vessels are operated, maintained and tested to Australian standards.

Technical Reports relating to both current and historical operational issues are prepared.
