The electrical section exists to install, maintain and repair all electrical services and allied equipment on Curtin campuses.

This includes repairs and fault finding on:
 
  • General lighting and power, emergency lighting and power, hot water services etc
  • Campus grounds lighting
  • Building mechanical services, air conditioning, ventilation systems and laboratory fume extraction systems
  • De-ionise water supply to laboratories
  • Central plant - (pumps, motors, chillers, boilers, and interconnected control systems.)
  • Grounds reticulation - (bored, solenoids)

  • An after hours call out system is maintained
